International schools can be the perfect solution for an expat student (multinational corporation executives, children of diplomats, NGO staff) in Bermuda. Saltus Grammar School is a co-educational, independent day school for students between the ages of 4 and 18. It is a member of NAIS and CAIS. Curriculum is based on the English National Curriculum and North American curriculum.

Opened on 1890, Mount Saint Agnes Academy provides quality education in the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Uniforms are required. The academic program offers classes from Kindergarten to 12th grade and it follows the North American system of Grades.

This school has been open in Bermuda for over 350 years and is the oldest school on the island. There are GCSE and IGCSE courses, based on the UK national curriculum. The school offers the IB Diploma in years 12 and 13. Every student is required to take part in at least two extra-curricular activities. Community service is compulsory in years 7 to 9. The school has a strict dress code and boys up to year 9 must wear khaki short pants above the knee, with navy long socks.

Bermuda Institute is committed to encouraging its students to develop a personal relationship with God in an academic environment. The school is comprised of elementary school to high school. Children are required to appear for the IOWA basic skills test through out their 12 years of schooling. In the years 11 and 12, the students have the option to sit the ACT, SAT and PSAT exams.

This was initially founded as a Montessori school for ages 3-12, and eventually expanded. The IB Middle Years Program was setup in 2001 as the facility continues to grow. The school is still associated with the montessori program, International Baccalaureate Organisation, and CAIS.
